Delivery fee is charged based on the delivery address provided.
If the recipient is not at the delivery address at the delivery date and time selected by the sender,
1) We may contact the recipient for delivery address confirmation.
2) We may rearrange for redelivery with the recipient
Please note that we will never disclose sender’s information and product information to the recipient.
We reserve the right to transfer the re-delivery surcharge to the sender for failure of delivery that is not caused by us. For instance,
1) Incorrect delivery address provided
2) There is no one at the delivery address to receive the product at the preferred date and time provided by the sender
3) Delivery date and time provided are incorrect
Due to the seasonal availability of certain flowers/ materials used, Flowericious Enterprise reserves the right to substitute the flowers, greens, basket, vase, wrapping paper, fruits, soft-toys and any other materials used in our flower arrangements to an item of an equal or higher value which is available at the time of order/ delivery date.
If your unsatisfied with your order, please notify us immediately upon receiving the order as our products are perishable. We will try to rectify the problem by giving you a free-replacement equivalent to your original order or refund your purchase. However, refunds will be given at the discretion of Flowericious Enterprise.
A processing fee of 20% of the purchase price for any refund by Flowericious Enterprise will be charged.
