Job Resposibility

- Collaborate with the lead florist to create beautiful floral arrangements

- Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, and place orders when necessary

- Package arrangements for delivery and ensure they are in excellent condition

- Keep the flower shop and equipment clean and well-maintained

- Delivery exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering calls and emails, and processing orders

- Stay up-to-date with current floral design treands and techniques

- Perform other duties as assisgned by the lead florist

Requirements

- Passion for floral design and willingness to learn ( no experience required)

- Knowledge of different flower types and their care and maintenance is preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work well independently or in a team

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Willingness to work Monday - Saturday and Public holidays
